V.        I commit myself to mastering my leadership acumen while mentoring those I
lead within my sector toward improved performance reviews in the Executive Suite.

VI.        I commit myself to managing my interactions with board members as those of
servant-leader in the Executive Suite.

VII.        I commit myself to persuading team members to divest themselves of
politicking and invest in positive persuasion in the Executive Suite.

VIII.        I commit myself to further expend my energies toward interpreneurial and
entrepreneurial growth, while adopting Best Practice models in all actions and deeds
in the Executive Suite.

IX.        I commit myself to know intuitively when to walk away and course correct
career mis-steps in the Executive Suite.

X.        I commit myself to affiliating professionally, immersing myself in professional
growth and development as I maintain access in the Executive Suite.

XI.        I commit myself to most certainly doing no harm, while remaining humble on
this road to achievement as I place the key, turn the lock and cross the threshold into
the rightful place you have prepared for me in the Executive Suite.
